Jonathan Parker

Fund Finance Manager, AXA IM (Real Assets)


Jonathan is a driven and focused Chartered Accountant (ACA). He is currently working for AXA IM in their real estate team where his work is split between investment analysis, financial modelling, tax structuring, financial reporting (IFRS & US GAAP), risk management and compliance. Jonathan has detailed experience across a broad selection of real estate investments ranging from hotels in Amsterdam to the recent sale of Ropemaker Place to Ho Bee Land for £650 million. Jonathan has also passed Level 1 & 2 of the CFA, scoring in the 99th percentile.


Previously, Jonathan Parker held roles at PwC and BDO where he was a Senior Associate and Senior Auditor respectively. He graduated from the University of Exeter with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and completed a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University. 

Henry Costa

Angel Investor, Co-Founder of Grasp Ventures


Henry is currently a co-founder of Grasp Ventures Ltd and active angel investor in London. He holds multiple board and advisory positions, having been investing in London's tech scene since 2007. He specialises in incubating and seed stage financing but has invested across all sectors and stages. 


Prior to Grasp Ventures Henry was on the founding team at JUMO, building out the companies' operations and scaling the business to be the largest loan provider across Africa. During this time, Henry lived in Tanzania, Zambia and S. Africa, before returning to the UK in 2018.

Anastasia Bloom

Former M.D. Equity Capital Markets at JP Morgan, Former Director at Morgan Stanley, Family Office Advisor


Anastasia has over 20 years of international experience across investment banking, wealth management and investments. Anastasia received a cum laude degree from Moscow State University in Economics, before going on to gain a masters in Finance from the London School of Economics. She started her career in investment banking at Credit Suisse in New York before moving to Cazenove in London. Anastasia then moved to work in the Russian capital markets in 2004 as she saw an opportunity to put her skills and background towards a growing market with Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley.


Her role was later expanded at JP Morgan to include other emerging markets, namely the Middle East and Africa. Her goal was always to focus on working with clients with an international remit.
